At GritFit Ascend, we believe fitness is about more than performance. It’s about transformation, and the community you do it with.
Through GRIT, consistency, and community, we pursue strength that goes beyond the physical. We create an environment that allows you to thrive and feels like home, no matter your personal or fitness background.
Our desire is to help you realize your potential and help you create a healthy life in all aspects. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel like they belong, they are capable, and they are a part of something bigger. A movement and a community that perseveres through life’s valleys.

gritfit class (functional fitness cross training, strength & Conditioning)
MONday - Friday:
5:15am, 6:15am, *9am, 12pm, *4:30pm, 5:45pm
Saturday:
*10am
AScend Class (hyrox/deka inspired hybrid conditioning)
sunday:
2pm
Gritfit Kids Class (ages 5-11yrs)
